About us

Three coaches, one standard

Fortis Coaching is a coaching practice for calisthenics, street lifting and general strength. We coach in person in the Netherlands and remotely through our own app.

Yindee

Calisthenics & Fitness

I'm Yindee, a 21-year-old calisthenics coach specialising in statics. With a degree in Sport & Exercise and over four years of training behind me, I've competed several times at the Dutch Freestyle Calisthenics Championships.

Alongside statics: planche, front lever, handstand. I work as a personal trainer in regular fitness and as a gymnastics coach. That mix taught me one thing: real strength comes from control, consistency and knowing why you're doing every rep.

Whether you're chasing your first handstand or a stronger version of yourself in the gym, I'll help you get there.

Florian

Street lifting

I'm Florian, an 18-year-old streetlifting coach with a passion for helping people become stronger and achieve their goals. My biggest strength is the dip, and I've spent years building the knowledge and experience to master it.

Beyond training, I'm passionate about nutrition, fitness, and living a disciplined lifestyle. As an E-commerce Specialist student, I'm constantly learning and improving, not only for myself but also for the athletes I coach.

My mission is simple: to help you unlock your full potential through smart training, proper guidance, and consistent progress.

Tim

Calisthenics

I'm 22, a software engineer by day and a calisthenics athlete the rest of the time. Two years in, long enough to have made every beginner mistake myself, recent enough to still remember what the hard parts feel like.

Pulling is my strength: front lever is home turf, and I'm working my way into planche. What I bring to coaching is how I got there. My day job is breaking complex problems into small, solvable pieces, and that is exactly how I train people. No vague advice, no copy-paste programs, just a clear path from where you are to the skill you want.

If you want to build real strength with your own bodyweight, I'll help you get there.

How we coach

Boring basics, then the hard skill

Every program starts with what your joints and tendons can currently take. We build that capacity first, because a planche attempt on unprepared elbows costs you months.

From there we work in blocks: one clear skill target, two or three strength lifts supporting it, and a check-in every week. You always know why today's session exists.

You do not need to be strong to start. You need to be willing to train the unglamorous part.

Fortis Coaching & CaliByYin

The practice and the platform

Fortis Coaching is the coaching practice: the three of us, the sessions, the programs. CaliByYin is the calisthenics platform behind it, and powers the Fortis Coaching app your program lives in. Same people, same standard.
